WHY

Facilitate the Co-design of what is needed for the local people in the new community of Cranbrook, a Healthy New Town, created to deliver better services and promote population health and wellbeing. To craft an effective, joined-up approach across housing, education and health and social care.

HOW

We crafted and facilitated a series of engagement sessions in local community venues with people from the community, key partners and stakeholders connect and explore what Cranbook is like now, co-create a shared future vision and what needs to happen to achieve it.

WHAT

Craft their preferred social marketing approach tapping into what motivates women’s choices via ‘Hyperbolic Discounting’ and ‘Social Norm Theory’ by utilising behavioural messaging and imagery that portrayed a close bond between mum and baby and showed real women breastfeeding.

HOW

We utilised clean language, laddering and graphic scribe techniques to explore and capture people’s beliefs, values, lived experiences and emotions in a co-productive approach. Planning tools were used to encourage commitment to action and co-design actionable next steps.
