HOW

  1. We started with data to create powerful insight and create a shared understanding of the current experience, needs and frustrations held by decision makers.
  2. We built on this insight with engaging workshops to develop what the system working at its best for its people would be like.
  3. Through fostering productive conflict and action orientated challenge the People Group create a multiyear strategy and plan to enable true cross system collaboration.
