Each participant is guided by qualified health coaches trained in person-centred care, with specialist input from nutritionists, clinical experts, and health psychologists.
Working directly with one of our Behaviour Change Coaches, we provide clients with effective support for smoking cessation, weight management, alcohol reduction, increased physical activity, social confidence and connection, and improved mental wellbeing, empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes that last.

Stop Smoking Services
Our NCSCT-trained Behaviour Change Coaches deliver evidence-based stop smoking programmes using a whole-person, person-centred approach. We provide personalised behavioural coaching alongside a range of smoking cessation tools, including access to medications, vapes, and nicotine replacement therapies (NRTs).
Delivered in the community, workplace, and online, our stop smoking services help individuals identify and overcome the habits and triggers that contribute to smoking.
